Noosa library is proud to offer a library service with limited charges. All lending services are free to residents, ratepayers and visitors. Reservations on items are also free. Some items attract a small fee, such as booking the meeting room, printing and photocopying.
The library is fully accessible. Designated parking is available for people with disabilities. A sealed pathway runs from the parking area to the library entrance, which has double automatic opening doors. The library is air-conditioned and spacious, with wide isles between the book shelves and an accessible meeting room. A wheelchair accessible toilet is available on the premises.

The library has a small seminar/meeting room that can be booked free of charge for a couple of hours by community and not-for-profit groups.
To borrow items from the library you must be a member. You can join at the library or online via the web site or drop by the library to organise a library membership card. When you come to collect your membership card you will need to show proof of identity.
Visitors are welcome to use the services but are still required to join, as there are no reciprocal borrowing arrangements with other libraries.
members may borrow up to 15 items at any one time. The standard loan period is 3 weeks, with shorter loans on heavily reserved items.
