• A pad containing viscoelastic polymer with a cut-out section to accommodate and protect the heel.
• The Channel in the back of the cup cradles the patient's Achilles tendon area.
• They are used when lying in bed for extended periods.
• The covering of one has a spot where it is lifted off the gel, and the other had a couple of larger spots with the covering coming off, which was patched up with some Hyperfix, so it looks a bit battered.
• They work fine, just not in great condition.
